Dang is a word that replaces the D word, believe it or not, and teenagers often use it when they almost say the D word (even though hardly anyone uses the D word anymore) to their parents or the teacher or something, and they quickly replace it with the word dang, even though the word itself does pretty much sound that stupid, yeah.
