Kipa is a remote star system in the far reaches of the Auroran Empire. Isolated and economically worthless, it is notable only because it serves as the lair of the rapacious wretches known as the Houseless. The good news about Kipa is that it is so far from anywhere you'd actually want to visit that you'll never arrive there by accident.
