The Radiation Vault is an instanced mission map that is accessed from the Desert Disaster zone, as part of the Desert Crisis Mission. It is the location of the primary mission chain's conclusion; once players leave the instanced map at the completion of their objectives they are given the option to appear in the persistent Desert zone, at which point they cannot return to either the Desert Disaster or the Canada in Crisis maps.
