The Blood Legion is a not-quite-elite force of Syndicate mercenary troops. They're one step above the Rent-A-Thug services, but aren't of the caliber of, for example, the Tiger Guard. They're definitely good enough to keep the SWAT teams occupied while you do whatever looting, pillaging or other activities you've planned. They haven't appeared in any stories yet.
