Dr. Ashley Bulala was a human/Betazoid Starfleet medical officer in the late 24th century. (Star Trek: Pendragon) Born on Betazed in 2342, Ashley's father was a Betazoid scientist, and her mother was a human doctor. As a child, she was close with her human cousin, Josh Hofmann. In 2360, she enrolled in the Starfleet Medical Academy, and graduated in 2366 with the rank of Lieutenant junior grade. She served as a junior medical officer at Starbase 1, where she treated survivors of the Battle of Wolf 359 in early 2367, including Hofmann.
