He started in the comic industry in 1978 with a short piece in World's Finest and moved on to work for Marvel, First Comics, TSR, Malibu Comics, Dark Horse, and a variety of others. He left the comics industry in the mid-1990s and moved to the west coast and worked on a variety of movies including Hulk, Van Helsing, Spider-Man 2, and TRON: Legacy.
