The Elysia Seed is the Leviathan that landed on Elysia's very distant crust. Because its Shield Generators are hard to locate, Samus Aran pierces the shield by dropping a section of SkyTown--the Spire Dock--equipped with a Theronian Bomb. After getting to the Core, Samus defeats Helios, and then obtains the Hyper Missile. At this point, Samus's Phazon corruption level rises further to 50%. Samus then destroys the Phazon Core.
