The Smith and Wesson Model 500 is seen in Madness Combat 7: Consternation, Madness Combat 8: Inundation and Madness: Project Nexus. It is one of Jesus' signature weapons along with his binary sword and his TAC-50. It is very powerful and can kill a normal-sized enemy with a single shot. It is the most powerful but lowest capacity pistol in Madness: Project Nexus.
