This does not count as a Battle or Guardian Elixir, and so stacks with elixirs and flasks. It also stacks with scrolls and most other buffs. Despite not being labeled in the tooltip as "Requires 'Love is in the Air'" in the way certain other items are, this item is set to disappear when the event ends. Thus, while they can be traded, they may not be mailed.
