Sherlock Stark was born in Panem, District 3, with her twin brother Antony Stark. Her family used to be wealthy from the Stark inventions, but lost that money to pay for the operations to give her a female body. President Snow arranged for the operations to be possible in the first place, using that as a way to seize the Stark money, which left Sherlock's father poor and alcoholic. Sherlock was reaped for the Hunger Games and won. Her Games was said to be one of the fastest and she was responsible for the majority of kills. The next year Tony was reaped and won too.
