The Burning Axe of Sankis is a Legendary axe in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. The special property is absolutely identical to the unmodified Barbarian skill Ignore Pain with a separate cooldown; reduces all damage taken by 50% for 5 seconds, can occur once every 15-30 seconds. In addition, it is one of the two one-handed weapons (the other being Devastator) with a bonus to damage dealt through Fire skills.
