The Pygmy Elephant is also called the African Pygmy Elephant. Not get confused with the Bornean Pygmy Elephant. The Pygmy Elephants may be a subspecies of African Forest Elephant, or many genetically mutated elephants. Or it could be a science experiment released. They are about four feet tall at the hump.
