For example, a "Fort drop" can be executed in Age of Empires III on maps such as the Himalayas and in Age of Mythology, Castle Drops are ideal for maps with close quarters of fighting and/or restricted movement, such as Jotunheim, Marsh and Vinlandsaga. Concerning specific game modes, Castle Drop is excellent for the Sudden Death (Offensive Castle Drop) and King of the Hill (Defensive Castle) game modes.
