Dominique Duncan (née Harrington) was a Manticore citizen from Sphinx, and a member of the Harrington Clan. She was the younger sister of Alfred and Clarissa Harrington, and aunt of Honor Harrington. Her husband was Allen Duncan, and they had four children. She was killed in the destruction of Yawata Crossing in the aftermath of Operation Oyster Bay while attending her sister's birthday party.
