The Lighter is part of Zoe's inventory during the "Daughters" DLC. After the event where Eveline wakes up and the power goes out, the player can be equipped and switched like most weapons. The fire button will light and unlight it. While approaching the Bathroom after checking on Lucas, the light will go out by itself.
