Repha'zoh was an Aurelian Starfleet officer in the late 24th century. Timothy Sinclair knew Repha'zoh when they were both cadets at Starfleet Academy in the late 2350s. According to Sinclair he was quite the engineering wizard, and was on the shortlist to replace Ceej Whaldron as Chief Engineer aboard the USS Pendragon in 2383.
