Adner (ADD-nuhr) was a refugee ploughman at Haven during the Scanran War. After aiding Kel in the rescue of her "little ones" from Blayce's grip at Castle Rathhausak in Scanra, he became a sergeant in charge of the New Hope Village Guard. He was a skilled archer.
