The film starts in a African jungle, where four mercenaries and a man, Doctor Henry "Hank" Pym (Will Arnett) are seen, exploring it. The five eventually stop in the presence of Ulysses Klaw (Andy Serkis), a bounty hunter, their guide and boss. Klaw asks to Pym is he is 100% certain that what they were searching was of extraterrestrial origin, which Hank believes so.
