Royal Army Defender Lieutenant Is the most basic of the Lieutenant's around southern Kyrat, he is always in a group from chargers (Beheaders) to Heavy Gunners. He leading a group, or is a target in side missions, or in free roam. Like the Heavy Gunner Commander, he has a red helmet and a golden bandage which shows his rank.
