Bane’s Instructive Stratagem Feat utility Encounter (Special) ✦ Special: You can use only one channel divinity power per encounter. Target: Each ally in the burst Effect: The target gains a +1 power bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn. If the target’s next attack hits an enemy, that attack deals 3 extra damage to the enemy. If the attack misses, the target grants combat advantage until the end of his or her next turn. Level 11: 6 extra damage. Level 21: 9 extra damage.
