Tom Hopper is an English actor, best known for his roles as Sir Percival in the BBC series Merlin and Billy Bones in the Starz series Black Sails. In Game of Thrones, he will portray Dickon Tarly in the seventh season. He replaces Freddie Stroma, who portrayed the character in the sixth season.
