The Bell Collar is a collar that is introduced in Nintendogs + Cats that is sold in the accessories shop, Coletta, for $12. It is meant to be put on a kitten, however it can also be put on a puppy. It comes in red, brown, blue, and green. While one may be readily available when you start out, you can unlock another color with 1,100 Owner Points or by playing 7 days in a row. When equipped, it makes a tinkering noise as your pet moves.
