Michael Koz, otherwise known as Caimic Koz, was a human Jedi (and later Sith) born on Mandalore in 32 BBY, around the time of the invasion of Naboo. He is related to the Emperor's Wrath that slayed Darth Baras in 3653 BBY, and Koz himself was present on the first Death Star before it was destroyed. He also served Dark Nebula during the Clone Wars and was in the special ops squad known as Rancor Squad, as their resident demolitions expert.
