The dance starts off with Dipsy and Laa-Laa spinning around and meet on some flat hills of Teletubbyland, and then, Tinky-Winky and Po came along. First, Tinky-Winky spins around twice. Second, he and Dipsy spin around together. Third, they and Laa-Laa spin around. Fourth, the Teletubbies all spin around together, spinning their heads round and round pretending to feel dizzy. They all bump into each other slightly and they all grab a partner (Tinky-Winky & Laa-Laa and Dipsy & Po), hold hands, and spin around. They all let go of their hands and in the middle, Dipsy and Laa-Laa hold hands and they spin around. They went back to their same partners, hold hands and spin around again.
