Jeffrey Scott Williams (born April 15, 1955 in Gloucester, Massachusetts) is a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Los Angeles Rams, Washington Redskins, San Diego Chargers, and the Chicago Bears. He played college football at the University of Rhode Island and was drafted in the fifth round of the 1977 NFL Draft.
