The Mandarin is a male Perennial spirit and one of the Nameless Ones. Much like his fellow Nameless Ones, the Mandarin is a mysterious individual, and his allegiance is even debated amongst theologians and other scholars. However, he is a firm opponent of the Eternal Queen and seeks her defeat, involving himself in the conflict between the Consortium and the Roman Empire, albeit in a restricted way.
