Percy Merymumenhes Sibanyoni is a Hawu Mumenhes politician. He currently serves as the President Pro Tempore of the Rmṯ Sḥsi, Hawu's national legislature. Sibanyoni was elected to the legislature in the country's first elections in 4045 representing the Sepat of Benna where he resides. He has served as the Vice Chairman of Ity ꜣḥwt xꜣdt since it's founding in 4039.
