Equipment Racks are special types of containers that only ever spawn one type of item. * Weapon Racks only hold weapons. * Armor Stands only hold armors. * Bookshelves only hold scrolls or tomes. Weapon Racks and Armor Stands have a much lower chance to spawn Magic Items, but a higher chance for Socketed Items. As there are only two types of scrolls and tomes in Diablo II (Town Portal and Identify), there are few possibilities for Bookshelf drops. If a tome is discovered, it will have a random number of scrolls within it. Bookshelves can only be found in the Act I Barracks area.
