Soul Punisher (Rainbow Sparkling Blast, Stardust Breaker) is the technique used by Seireitou and much later on, Seiryun. Seireitou first catches his opponent off guard then he puts one hand in the air and forms a baseball-sized rainbow-colored energy ball. When Seireitou throws it at the target it has a delayed effect, but finally disintegrates the target to glittery gold dust. Seiryun soon obtained this technique because he is the fusion of Seireitou and Ryun.
