Budgie was formerly in a test facility with her parents. Strike was ordered to save her parents and to arrest every scientist involved. She was rescued after some chemical containers exploded. After reaching outside, Strike tried to go back for her parents but the facility blow up, severely injuring Sword Strike and her parents died.
