Street Gangs are a situation where a significant number of underprivileged youths form into criminal gangs, raising the Crime rate by up to 22% and upsetting the Conservatives and the Retired. Street gangs form due to high rates of Poverty and Unemployment and can be negated either by alleviating those problems or by deployed Armed Police, setting up CCTV Cameras, or enacting Community Policing.
