Usage stats on Zalit

an Entity in Data Space: dbkwik.org

Zalit is slightly larger than Earth and the difference in surface gravity would be barely noticeable for a human visitor. On average the temperatures on the surface of this terra are much lower than those measured on Earth and the polar regions are covered by thick ice caps. Zalit has one huge continent that encloses a vast epicontinental ocean and many gigantic lakes. Some of these lakes have formed due to meteorite impacts, others are the remnants of an ocean that once existed between converging tectonic plates. Due to this big variety of enclosed water bassins the climate of the main supercontinent is mitigated and only in some areas far away from the sea an arid continental climate creates big stretches of desert.
