The People's Galactic Alliance was a work of non-fiction published by Selkisto Horten after a long period of isolation following the withdrawal of the Revenant Armada from Coruscant. At this point merely an amateur historian, Horten released the work due to a desire to give "faithful witness" to the accomplishments of those he worked with, and, it is implied, to act as a reference book for current and future understanding of exactly what the PGA was and the role it played in the galaxy.
