Neale Downs is a Lovian hamlet in the state of Kings. The name is of unknown origin. Neale Downs is located in the Windthorn Shores district of Kings, several kilometers inland from the eastern coast, and southwest from the district seat of Stanley. The hamlet was founded in 1959 by a variety of emigrants, mostly from Newhaven. Lovian English is the primary language in the hamlet. The hamlet's economy is based mostly on farming, typically of wheat.
