Rapti was a planet a couple of thousand light years from Earth. It had a spacefaring non-human native population, also called the Rapti, that was humanoid but had four arms. More than 30,000 years ago it had been occupied by the Foitani Empire but their Suicide Wars had left only ruins and other ancient artifacts on the surface.
