Alfred Hoffman was a Nazi scientist who worked with Robert Bishop, the father of Walter Bishop. He used a toxin created by Robert to kill all the members of Nana Staller's family at a wedding and then everyone with brown eyes at a cafe. He is killed when Walter Bishop modified the toxin to specifically target him. ("The Bishop Revival")
