Details: Rafael Camarena is a Mexican drug lord who was discovered using a tunnel under the Mexico-US border for smuggling cocaine and marijuana into the United States. Shortly after US officials closed him down, Camarena slithered under the radar and escaped in 1990. Also wanted by authorities is the architect of the tunnel, Felipe de Jesus Corona-Verbera.
