Karen Kujo is Jimmy Brando's severely autistic secret other cousin. She constantly photo bomb's Jimmy's photos because she wishes to participate in everything. She looks up to Jimmy, but doesn't realize his dastardly evil antics. She almost witnessed Jimmy shoot a guy. He quickly used his Nen ability to hide the corpse so she wouldn't see it. She is the only character Jimmy has never stopped caring for, even after the vampirism.
