Makaze (魔風, Makaze) is an extremely powerful female superhuman who went down in history as one of the greatest and most powerful espers known to all mankind. She existed long before the founding of the heroes association, and was known as an absolute monster of legendary proportions due to her power. Now at 40 years of age she is mostly retired, and appropriates a remedial civilian lifestyle, and prefers to avoid drawing all attention to herself or engaging in any kind of heroic activities, refusing to engage in any kind of crime fighting at all.
