Tek-Judge Stone worked on the new prototype lawgiver and prototype lawmaster in 2116. He was sentenced to twenty years on Titan by Judge Joe Dredd following malfunctions with the prototypes, which had resulted in the deaths of three hundred people and extensive public and private property damage.
