Rex Timberline is a friend of Phineas and Ferb's. He tests out mostly every big idea that they make. He wears a green shirt with a "Z" on it, as well as a flowing blue scarf, even though it is summer. He speaks with an Australian accent. "Whatever Phineas and Ferb are making, I'm so in!"
