Sprinkle Blast is a limited edition type of Rare Gem in Bejeweled Blitz. It is an irregular-shaped blue gemstone with a silver P embossed on it. This Rare Gem was created as a way to symbolize partnership with Progressive Insurance. When the game begins, one of three special game board patterns that feature blue gems with silver Ps on them appears. These gems function the same way as Flame Gems do. P-embossed gems also appear throughout the game. Making Flame Gems by using blue gems instead create P-embossed gems while the Sprinkle Blast harvest is in effect.
