Eddis is a title given to a leader of the country Eddis if: * A male inherits the throne. * A female inherits the throne ruling alone because of lack of suitable male heirs. Helen, Queen of Eddis, was told she would become Eddis after the deaths of her brothers and that her male cousins would die if they assumed the throne. Instead of taking the female title of Eddia, she is told by the gods to take the male title of Eddis as she will be the last Eddis.
