Lar Arrak was the official representative of the Archduke Poggle the Lesser of Geonosis on the planet of Elecria. A Dark Jedi Gedar Olmo knew, that there were no weapons or artillery on Elecria, and asked count Dooku to send somebody who could supply the Elecrian revolutionaries with proper weapons and ammo for the up-coming revolution. Lar Arrak was chosen and sent to the remote world to see that their new allies were well equipped and satisfied with the Geonosian production.
