Major John Martin Oakey MC (13 June 1888 - 30 January 1963) was a businessman and public servant. Following education at Cheltenham and Cambridge, he was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn in 1912. He later became chairman of the family firm of Joan Oakey & Sons Limited, abrasive manufacturers.
