The external design of Sakazuki's puppet is quite simple: it is shaped like a giant head, with six limbs, that serve as feet, but resemble hands. The four feet in the front are hidden inside the body of the puppet, and the two from the back have the legs exposed. It has large, round eyes, that, in a certain way, resemble the design of the Rinnegan. Majotō has a big, triangle and pointy nose, that can serve as an offensive weapon, by piercing through the opponent's body.
