Kitsu Chikuma was a shugenja of the Lion Clan. In 1199 he attended Imperial Winter Court at Toshi Ranbo, and Chikuma became fond of Tamori Touya. The couple suffered the gossip of other courtiers, who talked about the sweaty tension built between them.
