In phase two, after completing File:Neutral 15.png [55] Victory At Death's Breach!, they can also be found on the beach at Light's Point raising Scarlet Ghouls from the fallen Scarlet Fleet Defenders. In phase four, the battle for Light's Hope Chapel, after completing File:Neutral 15.png [55] An End To All Things..., they can be found with Noth the Plaguebringer near the Plague Cauldron in the Noxious Glade.
