This is a quick reference of all the existing Cataclysm perfect uncommon gems. An uncommon Cataclysm gem has a chance to be perfect when cut if the jewelcrafter has learned the Gem Perfection passive trait. The stats provided by perfect uncommon gems are superior to those provided by regular uncommon gems but generally inferior to the stats provided by rare gems.
