The Indonesian Space Agency was Indonesia's space agency, formed after the Third World War. Using the ample finances Indonesia possessed, the ISA was able to put several satellites into orbit, replacing those that had been destroyed in the war. In 2063, the Indonesian Space Agency planned to pay Zefram Cochrane and Lily Sloane a substantial sum of money for the Phoenix, Earth's first warp-capable ship.
